HeartCare Logo

HeartCare is the combination of two tests, AlloMap® and AlloSure®, that help your doctor surveil the health of your new heart.

AlloMap HEART Logo

AlloMap measures the levels of 20 genes in your blood in order to determine if you are at a low risk for rejecting your new heart.

Since its introduction in 2005, AlloMap has helped nearly 30,000 patients to reduce their pain, anxiety, and risk caused by biopsies.

AlloSure HEART Logo

AlloSure measures a biomarker in your blood called donor-derived cell-free DNA (dd-cfDNA). When dd-cfDNA increases, it provides your doctor with an early warning sign that there could be an issue with your heart.

The combination of the two tests provides a more accurate picture of your heart’s health than either test alone.
